Day By Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer To Mikumi NP

JNIAA – Mikumi NP: 5 Hours

Program: You will be picked up from your hotel or Airport in Dar Es Salaam and then start your safari driving to Mikumi National Park. Upon your arrival in Mikumi, you'll see animals on the way to the hotel. Evening Walking to the Maasai Village. Dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian Mikumi or Similar.

Activities of the Day: Maasai Village Tour

Accommodation: Camp Bastian Mikumi.

Day 2: Visiting Mikumi National Park

Transfer Camp – Mikumi NP: 30Minutes

Program: You'll have breakfast in the Morning at 06:30 and leave to Mikumi National Park for a full day game drive. With 3,230 square kilometers of coverage, Mikumi National Park is a well-known park in Tanzania. The park is well-known for its population of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, elands, greater Kudu, wildebeest, roan and sable antelopes. Predators include tree-climbing lions (which are in large number), leopards, and black-backed jackal.

Activities of the Day: Game Drives

Day 3: Visiting Udzungwa NP

Transfer Mikumi– Udzungwa NP: 1Hours

Program: Morning after breakfast at 6:30am, drive One and half hours to Udzungwa Mountain for trekking the Mountain through Sanje water falls, 6 to 7hrs to the top and come down, there is a nice view on top at the same time you may swimming before you have lunch there, drive back to Camp Bastian Mikumi for overnight stay.

Day 4: Heading back to Dar Es Saalam

Transfer Mikumi – Dar Es Saalam: 6 Hours

Program: After breakfast, you will checkout and depart for Dar es Salaam where you will be dropped off at your respective location. This is where your safari will end.
