Day By Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Transfer Dar es Salaam - Mikumi NP: 6hoursProgram: After breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel or airport in Dar es Salaam and depart for the Mikumi National Park. You will drive for about 309km about 6 hours to Mikumi town, on your way to Mikumi you will stop at Morogoro town for lunch, after lunch you will proceed with safari to Mikumi where you will arrive in the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Camp Bastian Mikumi.
Activities of the Day: Game drives
Accommodation: Camp Bastian Mikumi.
Day 2: Visiting Mikumi National Park
Transfer Camp – Mikumi NP: 40MinutesProgram: After your breakfast at your Camp Bastian you go for a full day game drive, you will take off on your first game drive in the park; home to elephant, lion, wild dog, zebra, hyena, buffalo, wildebeest, eland, hartebeest, crocodile, lizards of all kinds and other residents. The park also is resident to over 300 species of birds. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Camp Bastian Mikumi later in the evening.

Day 3: Mikumi NP- Dar es Salaam
Transfer Mikumi– Dar es Salaam: 6hoursProgram: After your breakfast at Camp Bastian Mikumi, you will go for a morning game drive with packed picnic lunch to various areas of Mikumi National Park including Mkata, Chamgore (place of the python), and Mkata Food Plain within Mikumi National Park. After an extended game drive in the late afternoon starts your journey back to Dar es Salaam with a stop for lunch at Morogoro Town. After lunch you will then proceed to the agreed Dar es salaam city and be dropped off to Julius Nyerere international Airport or transferred to ferry station and take a boat to your next destination (Zanzibar). This is where your safari will end.
